Proms fans are being rewarded for their recent, impassioned campaign, to urge the organisers to bring the show back, with an incredible ticket price of just £25 (plus fees). However, you’ll need to be quick to snap up these tickets, which will rise in price after 25-hours of going on sale.

This year’s Proms show will feature the renowned London Gala Orchestra and the Bedford Choral Society, promising an enchanting music programme filled with popular classical pieces, alongside the rousing traditional Proms favourites to close the show. Guest tenor and soprano performers will be announced soon, adding to the excitement of the evening. Local Bedfordians will be delighted to learn that the compère of the show will be Sam Roberts, who has for many years built up a firm rapport with the audience.

Promenaders can look forward to a stunning laser and special effects finale that will elevate the concert experience. The concert will embrace a picnic-style atmosphere, allowing guests to bring their own food, drink, furniture, and of course, their finest Proms attire! This wonderful family-friendly event is suitable for all ages, making it the perfect opportunity to gather the whole family for a magical evening. For some children, the concert will be their first encounter of seeing a 60-piece live orchestra perform, as well as their first ever concert experience. The show has traditionally been a family-favourite, creating memories that last a lifetime!

Although Proms in the Park is famous for its spectacular fireworks displays, promoters Cuffe & Taylor have decided to forgo them this year. In consideration of the ongoing discussions regarding noise impact on animals and pets, the concert will instead feature a range of stage pyrotechnics and special effects, ensuring an exhilarating finale complemented by a superb laser show.

A special launch ticket offer will be available, with adult tickets going on sale at 10am on Thursday, 6th February for just £25 (plus fees)* for 25 hours only. Organisers have advised people to snap up this offer in the special 25-hour period window as the ticket prices will rise straight after.
